About this Talk
Tellington Touch is a system of gentle circular TTouches that provide a sense of relaxation as well as promoting a deeper sense of connection. The session is designed to demonstrate the basic TTouches and present ways to incorporate them into personal and practice life. Participants will have time to practice various TTouches on themselves, others and animals that may be in the session. The presenter will share her experience with incorporating TTouch in HAI programs with adolescents and in her work with rescued animals. The session will also explore ethical considerations for use of TTouch in practice with human or animal clients.
Learning Objectives: 1. Identify how TTouch can be used in one’s personal life. 2. Explain how TTouch a common ethical concern for use of TTouch in practice.
