About this Talk
Created by a physician from India, laughter yoga is a practice aimed to cultivate health and happiness. Through special guided techniques, participants will be able to practice laughing for no reason. Through real (and sometimes contagious!) laughter, they will explore a new way to create a positive attitude and help relieve stress that that they can use individually or in groups.
Participants will learn the benefits of prolonged voluntary laughter, including cultivating childlike playfulness.
Participants will learn and practice specific laughter exercises that can be performed individually or in a group.
