Judith Rosen is a Behavioral Health Integration Social Worker at Ryan Chelsea-Clinton a federally-qualified health center in Midtown Manhattan, whose guiding principle is "Health Care is a Right Not a Privilege." She provides psychotherapy services, working collaboratively with primary care providers and care managers to bring the best quality of care to the clinic's patients. She is excited to incorporate veterinary social work principles in primary care, with a focus on supporting the human-animal bond many of her patients have with their animal companions. Prior to working at RCC, Ms. Rosen was a substance use treatment social worker at HANAC in Astoria, NY.
Ms. Rosen earned a BA in Psychology/Special Honors, Summa Cum Laude, from Hunter College in 2011 and received her MSW from New York University Silver School of Social Work in 2013. Her certifications include LCSW, CASAC and Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. She has completed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy coursework and supervision at the Beck Institute and is a candidate for Beck Institute Certified Clinician.
